My trainer, Crystal Quintana, has been a tremendous help and support in my goal to have a better body. Under her guidance and encouragement, I have lost weight, gained strength, stamina, and boosted my energy level. I have even been sleeping better. Crystal provides great motivation and brings fun and enthusiasm to the workout. I am constantly amazed at her vast knowledge of different types of exercises and how she tailors them to meet my needs. She has shared her knowledge with me about proper eating, cardio and exercises. Crystal is extremely patient, always focusing on form and performing the exercises correctly to achieve the maximum benefit. She has encouraged me to work as hard as I can, constantly challenges me to work beyond my potential, so that I am constantly improving. She is a joy to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants the best.

Crystal is an amazing personal trainer. She has been wonderfully flexible in working with me, both in terms of accommodating my work schedule, and my pre-existing health problems. I have been working with Crystal for about 3 months. When I started my primary goal was to increase my flexibility and range of motion, which had gradually decreased as I came closer to my fiftieth birthday. I have increased my flexibility to an amazing degree, but also have lost 12 pounds, improved my posture and increased my strength at the same time. I have received many very pleasing compliments from my neighbors and my coworkers. Crystal makes me work hard, but she has such a positive and encouraging attitude that it is a pleasure; previously I had had a lot of trouble sticking to any exercise regimen, now I look forward to my sessions with Crystal. She is a treasure, and I am glad I found her.

I worked with Crystal for the past three years, training in a variety of settings from the gym to the beach. While training with Crystal, I lost inches (three dress sizes) and gained muscle and increased energy.
