Using the BASIC 5 philosophy, we will create an individualized approach to overall wellness that will guide you through each of the five areas with ease. This method integrates each aspect of the philosophy by initially evaluating your individual needs in each of the five areas. Once we have established your goals and a clear approach to accomplishing them, you will begin your program by creating change within the first two areas-Balanced Nutrition and Active Lifestyle. As you begin to enjoy the physical results of your efforts, you will also continue to deepen your mind/body connection. A strong mind/body connection-or self knowledge-will provide you with a more balanced perspective on life in general. You will begin to discover each day is more pleasurable, and stress will become more manageable.

A Fundraiser To End Childhood Obesity

The CQ Movement is joining forces with The Boys and Girls Club of Venice to raise money for their fitness, nutrition, and environmental health programs. Our goal, through this fundraising effort, is to help combat childhood obesity by providing children and their families with the resources necessary to implement healthier lifestyles.
