Crystal Quintana is a fitness professional and creator of The CQ Movement. Through her unique program, she promotes natural wellness and balanced lifestyle awareness. She has many years of experience in the fitness industry, and her extensive background in dance gives her a fun and diverse approach to total body wellness. Crystal earned her BS in Exercise Science from the University of New Mexico and holds several certifications, including National Academy of Sports Medicine and The Cooper Institute for Aerobic Research. She has worked in both New York City and Los Angeles as a personal trainer. Crystal specializes in women's fitness-providing her clients with an exciting fusion of core strength training, yoga, mat pilates, and neuro-muscular flexibility. Her goal is to help her clients find enjoyment in exercise, and she hopes that, in turn, they will see the lasting benefits of living a healthy, preventative lifestyle.
