Meal Marker Flip Chart

Dry Erase Flip Chart: A portable flip chart (51⁄2"x63⁄4") on which children eagerly mark off photos of different fruits, vegetables, milk, water , and physical activities that they eat, drink or do during the day. Dry erase marker attached.


Portable, small, and laminated so children can take it with them through the day, eagerly crossing off as many healthy choices as possible.

 

HOW TO USE HEALTHY KIDS DRY ERASE MARKER FLIP CHART

Eat it.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
Drink it.
Drink water and low-fat milk.
Do it. Engage in a variety of physical activities.
Mark it.
Find the photos of the fruits, vegetables, beverages, and physical activities that you ate, drank or did. Using a dry erase marker, cross off the corresponding (or similar) photos.
Fill it.
Fill in your daily totals. Start again tomorrow by wiping off the marks from the previous day.
