Coaching for Global Teams

What could be more complex than leading a global team tasked with business goals and working with to achieve them with others in different time zones, in different cultures, with different ways of making decisions and solving problems, developing relationships,  with different orientations toward time, and English as a second, third of fourth language?

Global teams reach their business goals only about half the time.  Coaching for the leader of a global team can often get the team off to a good start or back on track when they are off track.
