Group Coaching Program: Global Leadership Development on Purpose

Imagine being able to provide a optimal learning environment to develop global leaders for approximately half the cost.  

The Group Coaching Program, developed by GCN, is an emersion experience for 5-8 of your leaders or high potential leaders from different cultures to:

• Plunge into the challenges of developing personal, cultural, and global leadership comptencies while learning global leadership coaching skills to support the development of the group and of each group member.
• Design individual development plans and competencies that they will work on implementing while in the group using the group to practice what they are learning and get feedback before making the change in the workplace. 
• Interact on a regular basis with other leaders from different and unfamilar cultures making cultural differences and smilarities overt in the group coaching process so that each leaders develops cultural awaresness and intercultural sensitivity.
• Understand that problems may be defined and resolved differently in different markets and that decision making may be a differnt process in differnt cultures.
• Consider the impact of potential decisions on the well being of the global community and the sustainability of the planet. 
• Build a supportive network that may last far beyond the 6 month group experience.

Delivery method: Telephone, Skype, Web based conference system, web based group site

Delivery Time Frame: 6 months, approximately 3 hours per month of group work, approximately 6 hours of individual work for assessment feedback, and design of individual development programs.
