I have had the pleasure of knowing Kevin and his wife Sherri Murray for several years now. Kevin has always been a very busy man running his company Jedidiah Clothing Company. Kevin has to travel out of the county often for his work, and when he is in town he has as busy of a schedule as everyone else I know.
Kevin came to me 7 weeks ago and was ready for a life change. He was not happy with his health as he had gained weight, and was not making time for himself in his own schedule. Kevin and I agreed that he needed a complete overhaul of his nutritional program, as well as a solid consistent program that would work in his busy schedule.
We sat down and made this happen. Every Monday and Wednesday at 7am was Personal Training with me, and every Tuesday and Thursday was on his own at the Aventine gym in La Jolla, which is close to Kevin's work and he could make it happen during his lunch break.
Today, 7 weeks later, Kevin has made life changing alterations to his life and has stuck to his program day in and day out. He has added running and biking on his list of things to do on the weekends. Kevin's has also just set a new goal to do a triathlon next year! Go Kevin!
Kevin has lost ton of inches throughout his body and about 14 pounds off the scale! But most important I see a change in him, he is filled with more confidence and you can even tell in the way he walks. This is just what Kevin needed and he made it happen!
Thanks Kevin for all of your efforts!

Glaze Fitness Client of the Month for September 2008:
Sama
Sama began her fitness journey with Glaze Fitness and San Diego Adventure Boot Camp in April of this year. 5 months later Sama has made incredible changes in her physique and to her life! Sama has lost over 33 pounds and 21.25 inches throughout her body!! She is still working hard everyday, out at Boot Camp at 530 in the morning and in the gym training with Jake Glaze a few days a week; along with eating right and getting enough rest Sama is on her way to reaching her goals!! We’re so proud of you Sama!
A note from Sama:
First and foremost let me say that it is an honor to be client of the month at boot camp/glaze fitness! It all started one day after checking the mail, I saw a magazine that I usually throw away, however, on this particular day I decided to look through the magazine and that is where I saw an ad for boot camp. At the time I was overweight, unhealthy, and depressed. The ad was an eye opener and I decided to give it a shot. I started my first boot camp in April and it totally changed my life. Boot camp has opened the door to new friendships and meeting new people that are very motivating and inspirational to me. Let me emphasize that exercise and getting in shape has been a challenge. It was not that easy in the beginning, but now I feel a difference. I love life, I’m more flexible, I like to run, which I hated, and I am not that tired throughout the day. My results are very exciting to me and I will continue to climb up the ladder. I would like to give a shout out to Carlyn who measures me and prepared me a delicious meal plan so that I could get the most out of this. I will definitely reach all my goals with her guidance. Due to pressure from Julie, I recently started training with Jake (Mr. Boot Camp) and I love it! Glaze fitness is the best, all the employees’ rock and has become my extended family!!

Glaze Fitness Clients of the Month for July 2008:
Rosie Walker and Melinda Loustalet
I am so proud of these ladies! Out of all the training I have done in my career, this group of ladies has made me the most proud. It is so amazing how far they have come. A year ago, Rosie and Melinda could not run a mile without walking and huffing and puffing. On Sunday, they ran four miles and biked nine miles without stopping once!! I have had the opportunity to watch them transform from unfit individuals to strong, confident athletes. And wow, how their physiques have changed too! This is truly an accomplishment. I am so lucky to get to work with such an incredible group of women. They are proof that you can do anything you set your mind to, if you are dedicated to your goal (and willing to work your butt off!).
Great Job Ladies!
